3 things that need improvement
Sheesh! How about I will just pick 3 at a time. I will work on these 3 until perfected, then move to my next 3.
Communication. On the surface, I'm quiet. If it wasn't for my current job, vert few people would even know that I can speak with a level of volume that commands attention. Lol, I even shocked Gordon and he has know me for years. But to develop this talent into person to person communication takes practice. Im learning that is is ok to engage and build rapport , especially when building your team.
Consistency. This is a biggie for me, especially amidst the insanity of work/life schedule. I am still making it happen in spite of because I truly want trading and educating to be my most lucrative and final career.
Confidence. I'm confident in a few things, but working on more things.
